This clinic is run by a specialist nurse. This provides a monitoring service for patients on warfarin and other anticoagulants. Clinics are held by appointment at the Highfield Health Centre (Tong Medical Practice) every Thursday.

• Refer you on to specialist services if necessary

How to Book:

• You can book an appointment by speaking to the receptionist and asking for an appointment with the Physiotherapist.
