If you would like to complain then we do have a complaints procedure form that the receptionist can give you, however, if the complaint cannot be dealt with by the receptionist, please consider discussing this with the Team leader or Practice Manager before making an official written complaint.

If an official written complaint is received then the Practice Manager will acknowledge your complaint within 3 days however depending on the nature of the complaint a response can take up to 30 days.
